- My name is Beth O'Dell. I'm married to a wonderful, supportive man named David. We've been married a little over 2 years. I've always had a passion for decorating cakes and baking. I took cake decorating classes about 15 years ago and made a few cakes back then, but never persued my dream until recently. In May of this year I took my first fondant class and decided to try once again to make my dream a reality. I hope to one day be making big, beautiful cakes all the time. I believe that God has given me a talent and I only ask that He would use my talent in any way that would glorify Him. I hope you enjoy sharing in my journey.
